BRIDGETCHRISTIE.jpgBRIDGET CHRISTIE

Why did people praise Michael Gove on 25 February 2014? What made Bridget lose control of her emotions at a casting for a yoghurt commercial? And which national newspaper genuinely mistook Bridget (from R4’s Bridget Christie Minds the Gap, Dilemma, Heresy, News Quiz, The Unbelievable Truth, BBC’s HIGNFY, QI, It’s Kevin and C4’s Cardinal Burns) for King Charles II? ‘One of the finest comedians around’ (Independent). ‘A superb stand-up with a powerful voice and something to say…a revelation’ ***** (Observer). ‘A beautiful balance between the personal, the public and the parodic’ **** (Times).

STANDY UPPY

Kevin has removed his finger from many pies - writing, directing and d*cking about on telly with football fans - to come and do what he does best... stand-up comedy. Expect standing up and comedy. And maybe a ghost.

'Thoughtful and inspired... very classy comedy indeed' (Chortle.co.uk). 'If you laughed at a joke on TV recently, chances are Kevin Day wrote it' (Clare Balding).

One-man pop-rock stand-up legend Rob Deering (“brilliant musical comedian” Time Out) is back with a brand new show, cramming more charm, laughs and tunes into one hour in one room than you'd think possible. One of the most in-demand headliners on the UK circuit, Deering’s unique act combines… well, come and see. *Contains scenes of earworm-based peril, and can in some cases lead to cheekache.

'Musical comedy genius' (Absolute Radio). 'The audience were almost crying with laughter' (Guardian). 'Hilarious and brilliant' (Heat).
