A Tring favourite, Simon Evans is firmly established on the circuit; he has performed sell out shows at the Edinburgh Festival for several years. He has many television and radio credits to his name and has performed extensively on the improv circuit.
James Veitch is a musician, comedian, director, writer and performer. In 2014, his first solo comedy show The Fundamental Interconnectedness of Everyone with an Internet Connection premiered at The Edinburgh Fringe to wide acclaim and was a sell out show for the festival.
As a writer his work has been published by The New York Times and in various short-fiction journals. He curates the website www.bluffable.com where he publishes comic transcripts of conversations he orchestrates with online email scammers, (“I laughed my ass off,” The New York Times.”)
Katie Mulgrew is a lovably witty comic who is a co-presenter of the ITV2 show Lovefix. KATIE has been featured being very silly indeed on the CBBC show The Dog Ate My Homework and heard waxing lyrical about stand up on the BBC Radio 2 documentary series The History of British Comedy. KATIE won the inaugural Liverpool Hope playwriting prize 2015. The biggest comedy playwriting prize in the UK and is currently working with the Liverpool Unity theatre and Royal Court theatre in bringing her play to the stage. She is a sought after compere and performer on the comedy circuit and will be compering the comedy stages at both Kendal Calling and End Of The Road Festival this year.
