Roving Comedy Night
July's event Featured Silky, Arthur Smith, Tony Law, Dominic Holland and a feast of locally trained comedy talent.
Next July we will be repeating this extraordinary event. 4-venues full of comedy loving audiences, 4-groups of comedians made up of professionals and trainees. Each group performs in each venue. The most ingenious night of the comedy calendar.

Meet last times Roving 'Trainees'...
The following novice locals underwent 8-weeks of intensive comedy training from the great Logan Murray. At the end of which, they performed for the first time at the Roving Comedy Night. They did brilliantly!

- Most & least excited... Barely anyone knows yet so I guess my girlfriend Rach is most excited and Darren at work is least excited cos he knows I’m hilarious.

- Most & least excited... I’ve told very few people that I’m doing the comedy course. My Dad is the most excited as he has always taken an interest in my writing for various magazines and the BBC. My 17 Year old son is probably the least interested as he doesn’t think I’m remotely funny.

- Most & least excited... I think everyone I know is dreading it. Most people seem keen to ensure I don't mention them! I did get one positive comment "Oh good, I can watch 90210 in peace" and Lee Cotton said "thats good news, we can be the new Cannon and Ball"
