Described as 'An expert craftsman'- (Steve Bennett, Chortle) George Lewis followed in the footsteps of of Jack Whitehall and Sarah Millican to win the Amused Moose Laugh Off at the 2015 Edinburgh Fringe.

With his 'intuitive subversive humour... geeky self-assurance' (Arts Award Voice) and 'the sheer inventive strength of his writing' (Chortle) George has also won the Nando’s New Comedian of the Year Award, The Brighton Festival New Act of the Year Award, the Comedy Cafe New Act night and the Comedy Knights Fresh Comedian of the Year.

Since these wins, he has played to three thousand people at the Edinburgh Playhouse as part of the Comedy Gala, placed Runner Up in the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year, reached the final of the BBC New Comedy Award and supported Romesh Ranganathan on tour.

With a dark and honest approach to some of life’s more touchy subjects, Michael Fabbri manages to effortlessly slip between some harsh, controversial topics to light-hearted silliness to make for a refreshingly eclectic and brilliantly funny act.

Michael Fabbri quickly stamped his mark on the UK circuit appearing in the 2003 final of Channel 4’s So You Think You’re Funny? competition and rapidly earned a reputation as one of the most promising up and coming comedians on the circuit; A reputation that he is living up to, regularly performing for the best clubs in the country.
