    Gráinne Maguire

Gráinne Maguire’s deep reserves of excitable energy, along with material about the Bronte sisters, reclaiming big bellies for the sisterhood and fancying Ed Milliband make her a unique new voice in comedy. Gráinne wrote a weekly satirical celeb column in national newspaper, The Irish World, and has also had articles published in The Evening Standard. She is an excellent topical joke writer, combining a political nerd’s knowledge of current affairs with an encyclopaedic knowledge of Cheryl Cole’s love life.

"Engaging and natural performer with deep reserves of excitable energy. Can employ understatement with the dry mastery of a Father Ted script."
