As seen on Russell Howard's Good News (BBC3), Iain Stirling is a stand-up comedian and previously the face of CBBC. Iain was dubbed one of Scotland’s “hottest newcomers” (The Scotsman), after his performance at Glasgow Old Fruit Market to over 750 people. He has supported Russell Kane and Rhod Gilbert.
You might have seen Iain presenting on CBBC every weekday afternoon. He has also developed and written for a number of other CBBC projects.
Last summer, Iain filmed the third series of All Over The Place, this time in the USA, before taking his solo show, Happy To Be The Clown, to the Edinburgh Festival which was so successful that it had a reprise at the Soho Theatre.
Ahir Shah is a comedian whose sharp, intellectual brand of stand-up features a blend of emotional frankness, poetic language, and jokes. His most recent stand-up show, Anatomy, was described by Fest as being "as thoughtful and compelling a show as you're likely to come across" at the 2013 Edinburgh Fringe. Here, Ahir presents a collection of new material in preparation of his next solo hour of stand-up.
"Charismatic and of rewardingly cerebral approach" The Guardian
